Discover how cancer chemotherapy works and learn how to become a science writer

Treating cancer is becoming an increasingly pertinent issue as our society ages.

On this course, you will gain an overview of how cancer medicines work. You will learn about the history of chemotherapy treatment, and how the ongoing development of effective cancer medicines remains a significant challenge to scientists.

You will also explore the basics of science communication, learning how to become an effective science writer through researching and writing a blog post about advances in cancer medicines.

This cancer medicine course will be of interest to anyone who wants to learn more about cancer medicine and chemotherapy treatment. It will also be beneficial to those who want to know more about how to become a science writer.
